RETURNS
As per the current regulations Customer who makes a purchase over a distance, outside the Shop has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement and return the goods without a given reason or extra costs.
The right expires after 14 days from the moment the Customer receives the goods.
The return delivery costs are covered by the Customer.
Please follow the below goods return instruction:
In order to use the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement you must inform the Seller about your decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement by an unequivocal request within 14 days from the day you received the goods.
Please provide the Seller with the request in writing or please complete the return form, which includes the request to withdraw from the purchase agreement, and please send the form via e-mail, to the following address: shop@celebrity-club.co.uk
Customer is obliged to return the goods immediately to the Seller – no later than within 14 days from the moment that the request to withdraw from the purchase agreement made over a distance was submitted by the Customer. Please include the proof of purchase in the return parcel. We would like to kindly inform you that the returned goods cannot show any traces of use. Goods need to be returned with all the labels and the original packaging of the Producer. Also, please protect well the goods in the parcel before sending it – in order to avoid any damages during the transportation.

Seller returns the money for the goods to the Customer within 14 days from the day that the request to withdraw from the purchase agreement was submitted by the Customer. Seller might postpone the refund until the goods are received back or till the Customer provides the Seller with the proof that the goods were sent.
Money is to be refunded by the same method as the payment for the goods was made, unless the Customer clearly requests a different refund method. Customer is not to be charged extra for the refund.

Exchange request/goods complaint can be submitted by completing the goods complaint form. Please send the completed form or a written goods complaint via e-mail to the following address: shop@celebrity-club.co.uk

The goods complaint is to be investigated within 14 days from the date of the goods complaint submission. You will be informed via e-mail or by phone about the Expert Opinion.
Please be informed, as a Customer, about the out-of-court methods of reviewing goods complaints, among others – by submitting at the end of the goods complaint procedure a request for mediation or a request to review the case at the arbitration court (the request form is available on the following website LINK).
The list of the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Courts operating at the Provincial Inspectorates of the Trade Inspection is available on the following website: LINK. Out-of-court claims, after the goods complaint procedure is completed, are free of charge.
